I found the location excellent for exploring the city center. I also got upgraded to a larger room, that was a pleasant surprise. Staff members were friendly, always ready to help with directions and local recommendations.
The room decor felt a bit dated. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture.

The hotel offered a really convenient location. The breakfast had great value with lots of choice. The friendly staff were very helpful. I felt well-cared for. I appreciated the hotel being near several colleges like Merton and Magdalen, made exploring simple.
